I have a copy paste I use for uncredited Heavily Referenced Art submissions I find via deviantART. I've been using this for a long time, feel free to use this copy/paste fill in the blank style if you are finding similar problem pictures on dA. Someone's has to do it. I'm tired of seeing uncredited pieces floating around here, and seeing that others believe that the person drew it without referencing an existing work.

"You referenced a screenshot/promotional art/official art of _____ from _____.
The following is not to be rude, but to keep you from being told this in the future by someone who will not put it kindly:
When you directly reference an existing artwork or animation screenshot of any sort, you need to state that you did so in your Artist's Comments section. You also need to provide a link to the original artwork or screenshot in your Artist's Comments section. Without doing so, it implies that you claim to have created all that is in your deviation, poses, art style and all. In which case, it is called copyright infringement and plagiarism. When a deviant has a Gallery primarily filled with referenced pieces that do not disclaim the above, at times the moderators will remove said deviations from the website and sometimes even your account depending on the depth of the issue.
As I am sure that you are referencing art in order to expand your artistic repertoire, you still need to give credit to the existing work. "

-The user is uploading content that is not their own creation nor is it proper for them to upload this to an art website. They are uploading an image that is not taken by them.
-The user does not offer a proper link to the image used for stock in their photomanipulation.
-The user does not have the rights to the image in any manner to redistribute an altered image nor is it proper for them to upload such a thing on to an art website.

Apparently I now have a squadron of fangirl-users wishing ill-thought out things upon me. It's quite interesting to aid a user then have them send around my username to all their little friends, with a more than likely falsified description of how I tried to politely help them not have reported works in their Gallery and to have given proper respect to the original creators. I however, will not be so immature as to do such a thing, as sending false notations around to people regarding their name and such. This is all so "lovely" and hilarious, with my logic being fully in tact and having done nothing wrong.
